eb093b103c Use real fullscreen mode 
The logical size is not adapted for a game like planetblupi.
We should create the textures for higher definitions and a
dynamic view for the game map.

49289cac8c Redraw everything with each iteration 
It prevents glitches with some drivers like Intel. The performances are
not a problem.
