5505f7dcbf - Added PlatformSystem Plugins layer
- Started Windows, Metro and Linux Platform-Plugins
- Moved the RecordingSample to the Samples folder
- Started two samples for using the graphics device in a WinForms and Wpf Editor
- Refactorings in the AddIn-System
- Moved the Window initialization-code to the Platform modules
- Changed the License text in all code files which is now way smaller
- Started ProjectConverter tool which converts all the projects and solution to the target configuration
- Changed the SupportedPlatform names in the Resource files
- Changed the WIN8 define to WINDOWSMETRO which is actually meant
- Removed NLog and started our own Logger class
- Many more stuff...

bb32753f59 - Added GL3 EffectPass which is only dummy
- Fixed the added reference nodes in the converter tool which had the wrong namespace

40c951e02b added licensing information to tools files
added a shader folder for the stock shaders
started the StockShaderCodeGenerator tool
added a tools solution file
added a bin folder in tools folder for precompiled tools and changed tools project files
removed StockEffects content project from solution and added the effect files to the shader folder for reference

74a1ca7417 added cmd compatibility to the converter tool and
now you can convert from anx to xna as well
(only todo is getting the FullName of the XNA assembly
references and extensive testing)

ebcf8d7f6e - Finished first working version of the XNA to ANX converter
- Implemented second Clear method for OGL
- Improved the DatatypesMapping by making the packedValue of Color
  internal and visible to the ogl library.
