SPEEDY BLUPI II version 2.1

1. Introduction
   ------------

This is a 2.1 version of Speedy Blupi, another super game by Epsitec.
You'll need one CD only, even if you play over a network.


2. Minimum hardware requirements
   -----------------------------

- Windows 95/98
- Pentium 100 MHz (166 MHz for multi-player sessions)
- 32 Mb memory
- 90 Mb free space on the disk
- Super VGA graphics adapter which supports 640x480, 256 colors
- Windows 95/98 comptatible sound card
- Double speed CD-ROM drive
- Keyboard or Joypad (optional)

For multi-player sessions (optional) :

- Local network IPX or TCP/IP
- Internet with a 28.8 K modem (or faster) or
- Serial connection with a null modem cable (2 players)


3. Installation
   ------------

SPEEDY BLUPI uses DirectX 3, 5, 6 or 7. During installation, a
dialogue box will appear asking whether to copy DirectX to your
system.
If you already have DirectX, answer "NO".
If you answer "YES", DirectX 5 will be installed.


4. Characteristics
   ---------------
- 11 levels, over 60 stages.
- Single or multiple players.
- Network game (local IPX network or Internet TCP/IP) for up
  to 4 players.
- Supports 4 buttons joypads (A, B, C et D).
- With the built-in Mission designer you can create your
  own missions and give them to your friends.

5. Playing
   -------

Use following keys or buttons :

Left	  Walk left.
Right     Walk right.
Up        Look up.
Down      Duck, look down and pick up a bomb.
Ctrl      Medium jump.
Ctrl+up   High jump.
Ctrl+Down Small jump.
Space bar Shoot or drop a bomb.
Esc       Suspend the game.
Break     Suspend or continue the game.
F1        Help.
F2        Settings.
F3        Save the game.
F4        Reload a saved game.

With a joypad :

A         Medium jump.
B         High jump.
C         Small jump.
D         Shoot or drop a bomb.
