<h2>Who is Blupi?</h2>
<h3>Creation and Early Years</h3>
<p><strong><a href="https://openeggbert.com/title/Blupi" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Blupi</a></strong> is a distinctive yellow, round character created by <a href="https://openeggbert.com/title/Blupi/Community/Daniel_Roux" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Daniel Roux</a> in 1974. Initially featured in educational school comics, Blupi evolved into a beloved figure in several <a href="games.html">video games</a> developed by Roux.</p>

<p>An open-source reimplementation of Speedy Blupi, known as <a href="https://openeggbert.com" target="_blank" style="background:yellow;font-weight:bold;">Open Eggbert</a>, has been <a href="https://github.com/openeggbert/open-eggbert" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">under development</a> since June 2024, aiming to revitalize this classic game.</p>
